Assistance
The Company agrees with the Policy Holder, through the contracting of the coverage, to render the assistance services on a reimbursement basis to the driver and to the insured vehicle covered by the policy, because of a mechanical breakdown, pursuant to each of the granted benefits below.
Road Side Assistance
The Company shall pay in case of assistance needed for the service in to the insured, considering the type of problem that has arisen. In all cases the insured and insured vehicle covered by the policy must be present at the moment of the rendering service. These services shall be covered by the Company with limits and events as follows:
Roadside Assistance – In case of an insured vehicle breakdown, a limit of $100.00
dollars for services per event. A maximum of 3 events in any 12 month period.

Towing Service
When insured vehicle cannot be started it will be towed to the nearest and most adequate service provider, up to $100 dollars.
Coverage B
Battery Service
Assistance to start the vehicle with a battery booster.
Coverage C
Tire Changes
Changing an inflated spare tire to the insured vehicle.
Coverage D
Fluid Delivery
Emergency delivery of oil, fluid or water in case of an emergency. Fluid shall be paid by the insured.
Coverage E
Gas or Diesel
Emergency delivery of supply up to five (5) gallons. Fluid cost shall be paid by the insured.
Coverage F
Lockout Assistance
Only If keys are locked inside of insured vehicle, otherwise vehicle can be towed as per Towing Service.
Coverage G
Winching
Service to extract a vehicle from mud, sand, snow or a ditch.
Limitations: Limited 3 Events Per Year Insured Vehicle

For Towing Service, the cost that exceeds from $100.00 dollars, shall be paid by the insured directly to whomever provides this service. Reimbursement: All Benefits are on a Reimbursement basis only and limited to the dollar amounts listed. You agree that your signature on the Quantum E-Sign Form and that you voluntarily joining Go Club for the membership benefits and that your electronic signature is legally binding equivalent to your handwritten signature. You agree not to at any time repudiate the meaning of electronic signature or joining Go Club for the benefits or claim the electronic signature is not legally binding. Your membership is only in affect when the corresponding fees are paid, and your auto policy are in full affect and not in a lapse or cancel status. No benefits shall be paid if the auto policy is not in full affect. 
Go Club offers emergency Roadside Assistance service for a single rear-axle, four wheeled registered and licensed motor vehicles used for private on-road transportation including passenger vehicles. Commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and ATV’s are not eligible for coverage, Vehicles that have been submerged in water, or have been off-road are not on a maintained roadway are not covered for Emergency Roadside Assistance The Emergency Roadside Assistance benefit does not provide coverage for non-members who drive your car or for the cost of a tire, batter, parts, gasoline, or serv ice while at an auto repair shop or service station, or for more than one tow per disablement. This is an emergency benefit and is not intended to underwrite any business expense or substitute for regular vehicle maintenance. An emergency situation does not include replacement of windshields, installation or remove of snow tires, service for unlicensed vehicle, impounded vehicle, or a vehicle in unsafe condition. The benefit does not cover acts of nature such as flooding, hurricanes, or tornados, Members who are also owners, operators, or employees of a commercial garage, locksmith or tow provider may not use the company to provide services for themselves or other members on their membership. Go Club can assume no liability for any damage to the members vehicle (including personal items left in the vehicle) or property resulting from the rendering of services. Any claims must be filed against the independent service provider.
